This is a single-floor apartment<\/strong> with a 120 m\u00b2 living area<\/strong>, located on the 4th floor of a residential building<\/strong>. The apartment was in its original condition<\/strong>, and the owners contacted our studio to undertake a complete renovation of their home<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

Upon entering the residence, we find a small foyer<\/strong>, which we designed with storage space for personal items<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

The living room, dining room, and kitchen<\/strong> share the same space, where warmth and elegance<\/strong> merge in perfect harmony<\/strong>. In every project, when designing the layout<\/strong>, we like each space to be well-defined<\/strong> and to have fluidity between them<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

These three spaces share the characteristic of belonging to the daytime and social area of the home<\/strong>, where the family gathers to share experiences and participate in daily activities<\/strong>, promoting a more collaborative environment<\/strong> and fostering communication<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

For the kitchen cabinetry<\/strong>, we opted for a taupe color<\/strong>, combined with brass faucets<\/strong>. We placed the cooking area at the back<\/strong> and the sink on the island<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

We designed a glass partition with a sliding door<\/strong> which, in addition to acting as a decorative element<\/strong>, also serves as a dividing element between the kitchen and the foyer<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

For the living room<\/strong>, we chose to design custom bookshelves next to the fireplace<\/strong>, using the same finish as the kitchen cabinetry<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

By maintaining continuity in the furniture finishes between the kitchen and the living room<\/strong>, we achieve a sense of fluidity and visual harmony<\/strong>, which helps both spaces feel integrated and coordinated<\/strong>, despite being different functional areas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

Furthermore, we achieved a smoother transition between the kitchen and the living room<\/strong>, where the physical separation is minimal<\/strong>, avoiding abrupt contrasts<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

The dining room<\/strong> is located behind the living room<\/strong>, in the more secluded area<\/strong>, where we placed an oak wood table<\/strong> and a sideboard with storage space<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

For the color palette<\/strong> of these three rooms, we opted for neutral tones with touches of grayish-green and mustard<\/strong>, which, combined with the oak wood<\/strong> and the botanical mural<\/strong>, bring great warmth to the space<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

In addition to having excellent taste<\/strong>, she is an extraordinary person<\/strong>, a tireless worker<\/strong> who fully commits to every project<\/strong>, resolving any unforeseen issues that may arise<\/strong>, dedicating many hours of work with infinite patience<\/strong>. In our case, she made things very easy for us<\/strong>, adapting to our needs<\/strong>, and the result could not have been more gratifying<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

Indeed, if we had to turn to an interior designer again<\/strong>, we would trust her and her team implicitly<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

When planning the layout<\/strong>, the family asked us to create three bedrooms<\/strong>: one master<\/strong> and two children’s rooms for their 8 and 6-year-old children<\/strong>, respectively, as well as two bathrooms<\/strong>, one en suite<\/strong> and another for the children and guests<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

For the 8-year-old boy<\/strong>, we created a magical space<\/strong> for our little marine world enthusiast<\/strong>. The main wall<\/strong> is decorated with a beautiful mural of colorful fish and seaweed<\/strong>, creating a perfect underwater oasis for his imagination<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

The toys and books<\/strong> are organized on the two custom-designed shelves<\/strong> that flank the desk<\/strong>, located next to the window<\/strong>. And, lacking space for a nightstand<\/strong>, we designed a wainscoting with indirect lighting and a shelf<\/strong> that, in addition to decorating<\/strong>, serves to hold an alarm clock or a book<\/strong> and to conceal the radiator<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

The 6-year-old daughter<\/strong> was clear that she wanted a room with space to play dress-up with her friends<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

We decided to decorate the main wall<\/strong> with an original and vibrant mural of colorful little houses<\/strong>, capable of transporting the girl to a world of fantasy and adventure<\/strong>, where each house represents a different story<\/strong>. Additionally, her parents asked us for ample storage<\/strong> for her clothes, toys, and costume collection<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

In the design of the bedroom<\/strong>, we also considered her future needs<\/strong>, so we designed a desk that combines study space with a practical integrated bookshelf<\/strong>. It also doubles as a nightstand<\/strong>, providing her with comfort and functionality<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

We wanted to create a cheerful bathroom for the children<\/strong>, but one that would grow with them<\/strong>, so we decided to avoid overtly childish decor<\/strong> and opt for versatility and timeless style<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

With a refreshing palette of blue and white tones<\/strong>, we managed to create a bright, serene, and contemporary atmosphere<\/strong> in this small space<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

Furthermore, thanks to a carefully planned layout<\/strong>, thoughtful lighting<\/strong>, and the extra storage provided by the custom-designed bathroom vanity<\/strong>, we achieved a beautiful, bright, fresh, and functional bathroom<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

The clients<\/strong> asked us for the master bedroom<\/strong> to include a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom<\/strong>. It is true that we did not have much space<\/strong>, but despite its size, we managed to maximize every inch<\/strong> by designing the dressing room and furniture to measure<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

For the color palette<\/strong>, we opted for neutral tones with touches of moss green and mustard<\/strong>. The special touch<\/strong> is provided by the beautiful botanical mural<\/strong>, which adds depth and prominence to the headboard wall<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n

There is no doubt that this solution provides functionality, privacy, and daily comfort<\/strong>, and allows for enjoyment of tranquility and relaxation without interruptions<\/strong>, as the three rooms are located in a private area of the residence<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n
