The apartment was <strong>in its original condition<\/strong> and the family owners contacted the studio to carry out a <strong>comprehensive renovation of their home<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to offering <strong>stunning views of Valencia&#8217;s City of Arts and Sciences<\/strong>, it is <strong>sunny and very bright<\/strong> thanks to its <strong>east and south orientation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The clients asked us to <strong>redistribute, furnish, and decorate the residence<\/strong>, creating <strong>bright and timeless spaces<\/strong>. We created a <strong>warm atmosphere<\/strong>, based on <strong>neutral and luminous tones<\/strong>, reflecting a <strong>contemporary style<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the <strong>entrance hall<\/strong> we selected an <strong>oak wood console<\/strong> and combined it with an <strong>industrial-style mirror<\/strong> with <strong>black sconces<\/strong>. We also designed a <strong>custom wardrobe with ample storage capacity<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the <strong>living room<\/strong> we selected a <strong>comfortable sofa<\/strong>, flanked by an <strong>armchair<\/strong>, a <strong>side table<\/strong>, and a <strong>floor lamp<\/strong>. In front of it we placed <strong>nesting tables<\/strong> and, as a <strong>TV unit<\/strong>, we designed <strong>a custom piece<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>neutral color palette with blue accents<\/strong>, together with the introduction of <strong>textiles such as rugs and cushions<\/strong>, has created a <strong>welcoming and modern atmosphere<\/strong>, bringing <strong>warmth to the space<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the <strong>living-dining room<\/strong> we decided to create a <strong>frieze using moldings<\/strong>, adding a <strong>modern and warm touch<\/strong> and giving <strong>personality to these rooms<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We decided to <strong>open the kitchen to the living-dining room<\/strong>, making the most of the <strong>home&#8217;s natural light<\/strong> and, likewise, creating a <strong>cross-ventilation system<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We opted for a <strong>white kitchen with oak wood accents<\/strong> and selected the <strong>island pendant lights<\/strong> <strong>in black<\/strong>, following the <strong>same aesthetic as the home<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As for the <strong>master bedroom<\/strong>, we selected the <strong>nightstands<\/strong> and <strong>sconces in black<\/strong>. For the <strong>headboard wall<\/strong> we decided to create a <strong>simple design with moldings and textile wallpaper<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>wardrobes are custom-designed<\/strong> and offer <strong>ample storage capacity<\/strong>. As for the <strong>color palette<\/strong>, we opted for <strong>neutral tones with earth accents<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the <strong>youth bedroom<\/strong>, with <strong>access to the terrace<\/strong>, we selected <strong>original wallpaper with gold accents<\/strong>. For the <strong>nightstands<\/strong> and the <strong>end-of-bed bench<\/strong> we opted for <strong>oak wood<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>wardrobes were also custom-designed<\/strong>. As for the <strong>color palette<\/strong>, we opted for <strong>neutral tones with green and curry accents<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the <strong>children&#8217;s bedroom<\/strong> we selected <strong>beautiful wallpaper with green and white accents<\/strong>.
