The apartment featured an <strong>entrance hall, living-dining room, kitchen, one bathroom, two bedrooms, and a terrace<\/strong> with beautiful views of the Port of Valencia. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>young owner<\/strong> contacted us to achieve a proper layout that would make the best use of the home, <strong>expanding the dining area and bathroom<\/strong> and achieving greater storage capacity. We also handled the <strong>furnishing, lighting, and decoration<\/strong> of all the rooms. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We decided to <strong>eliminate the smallest bedroom<\/strong>, which was unused, in order to expand the dining area, which was virtually nonexistent, and also create a reading nook. We also managed to make this space brighter. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We selected a <strong>round oak wood table with 4 upholstered chairs<\/strong> in light tones and completed the space with a <strong>sideboard<\/strong> that provides extra storage.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the living room, we chose a comfortable <strong>sofa<\/strong> flanked by a <strong>side table and floor lamp<\/strong>. In front of it, we placed <strong>nesting tables<\/strong> of reduced dimensions to avoid obstructing passage to the terrace. As a <strong>TV unit<\/strong>, we selected one in <strong>oak wood<\/strong> and placed a beautiful display cabinet beside it.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>neutral color palette<\/strong> and the introduction of <strong>textiles such as rugs and cushions<\/strong> have created a welcoming and modern atmosphere, adding warmth to the space.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the <strong>entrance hall and hallway<\/strong>, we decided to create a frieze using <strong>molding<\/strong> and <strong>wallpaper<\/strong> with a textile effect, which adds a modern and warm touch.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The wooden piece we selected for the <strong>entrance hall<\/strong> provides storage solutions, and the mirror contributes to creating a sense of spaciousness.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The space in the <strong>master bedroom<\/strong> was very limited, so we opted to forgo a traditional headboard and instead <strong>created a built-in one that we wallpapered<\/strong> and converted into a shelf. We designed a custom wardrobe with substantial storage capacity. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>coherence in design<\/strong>, from the nightstands to the decorative details, creates an <strong>elegant and relaxing aesthetic<\/strong> that perfectly complements the relaxed and comfortable style of the residence.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As for the color palette, we opted for <strong>neutral tones with blue accents.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We also completely renovated the <strong>bathroom<\/strong>, making it much more functional by removing the shower partition wall and a small cabinet and opting for a sliding door.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The selection of <strong>ceramics<\/strong> (with wood and stone effects) and the <strong>lighting<\/strong> have also contributed to enhancing the sense of spaciousness.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>kitchen<\/strong>, which had been recently renovated, only required <strong>decoration<\/strong> to bring it to life and add charm, as did the terrace, where we placed plants, a small round table, and a pair of bistro-style chairs for breakfast overlooking the sea.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":11626,"template":"","class_list":["post-11624","proyectos","type-proyectos","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.2 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Small and Cozy Apartment - Majo Flores<\/title>\n<meta name=\"robots\" content=\"index, follow, max-snippet:-1, max-image-preview:large, max-video-preview:-1\" \/>\n<link rel=\"canonical\" href=\"https:\/\/majoflores.com\/en\/projects\/small-and-cozy-apartment\/\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:locale\" content=\"en_US\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:type\" content=\"article\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:title\" content=\"Small and Cozy Apartment - Majo Flores\" \/>\n<meta property=\"og:description\" content=\"This is a small, sunny 60 m\u00b2 residence located on the 14th floor of a residential building.
