Some endure over time. Others, however, have an expiration date.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In my opinion, there are <strong>two trends<\/strong> that have been with us for the past few years, but which will abandon us in 2024, if not definitively, then significantly.<br\/><br\/>One of these <strong>disappearing<\/strong> trends is the use of <strong>ceramic tiles<\/strong> that imitate terrazzo. There was a resurgence of this speckled material, even in bold colors, but it has gradually given way to other more natural finishes and textures.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"547\" height=\"371\" src=\"https:\/\/majoflores.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/1-10.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11241\" srcset=\"https:\/\/majoflores.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/1-10.png 547w, https:\/\/majoflores.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/1-10-300x203.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 547px) 100vw, 547px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thus, in 2024, <strong>stone and marbled finishes<\/strong> will continue to be prominent, both real and the <strong>material<\/strong> that imitates it. And, of course, wood, especially <strong>natural oak<\/strong>.<br\/><br\/>Another trend that will <strong>lose ground<\/strong> is <strong>kitchens<\/strong> with an all-white total look. On the one hand, white softens and transforms into warmer tones, such as pearl.
